I’ll never forget the friends of mine that kept silent. They aren’t really my friends any more. I didn’t expect them to protest (although it would have been nice). They could have at least said to me “it is messed up that they discriminate against you like that.” But even that small gesture was too much to ask from the vaxxers.
I just wanted to be allowed to sit indoors and have a sandwich.
The covid vaccine rules made it so that, for the first time in recent U.S. history, adults, not convicted of any crime, who were not willing to submit to the rules, were prevented from living as they had been. There was no due process, no law was passed; someone in a room dictated that you could no longer be in a restaurant, go to a municipal swimming pool, keep your job, and so on.
When I brought that up to vaxxer friends they wouldn’t say anything. They didn’t try to justify it, they were silent. It almost seemed like they could not even hear what I was saying. Like it did not compute.
I have been a proud "anti-vaxxer" since I decided to research vaccines ten years ago. It quickly became apparent they offer no benefit, only liability. All vaccines harm--all of them without exception.

You could turn these around into questions using the Socratic method when talking to someone: So you think it's okay that all of our civil liberties can be revoked if we don't follow government orders? You think that we have no right to the sovereignty of our own bodies? etc.
I became an "anti-vaxxer" after my son was made terribly sick by his routine childhood shots. Another friend became one after her baby niece didn't wake up the morning after her shots. There's usually a reason for being an "anti-vaxxer"
That is true. I am a rare person in that I am an outspoken “anti-vaxxer” but I have never personally known anyone who was obviously harmed by vaccines.
As a homeschool parent, like I am, you meet a lot of different families that homeschool for a whole variety of reasons, several families I have met over the years homeschooled because of the shot requirements in various school districts after vaccine injuries. Some states are easier than others the get exemptions, I have homeschooled in four different states, currently we are in California and this has the most homeschoolers that I have met that homeschool because of vaccine requirements. It's very hard here to get exemptions apparently. Now of course, with the covid shots, I have met many more!
The only reason it's not obvious to you or to them or to their doctors is because they don't look for the connection even when the onset of injury or illness is within 72 hours of a shot.
And they certainldy don't study the vaccine-free and our rates of disease and illness.

The BIG issue is the 1986 Vaxx Act which took liability away from #BigPharma. There is no incentive to not Vaxx, ever. I like the spirit of this thread, reclaiming the epithet as other marginalized groups have done. I also understand why other “pro-truth” people might be uncomfortable embracing the term as it has become a slur as used in the mainstream. I have often taken ownership of the “conspiracy theorist” label to good effect when it is thrown at me. I point out that Einstein was a theorist. Most established science started out as a theory. And while some people have been conditioned to believe that conspiracies are impossible, one can easily disprove this: 1) there are laws on the books against conspiracies. Why would this be if they couldn’t happen. 2) any criminal act involving more than one person fits the definition of conspiracy. 3) many official narratives fall apart under close scrutiny and are better explained by nefarious actors cooperating for their mutual benefit. 4) many other reasons.
Owning the “anti-vaxxer” label is a little more challenging however as the “anti” part immediately implies resistance, force, and violence. Not that it necessarily means that, but the masses have been condition to believe so.
