Kotzin v. Twitter

I’m making one last attempt to get Twitter to follow its own rules. I would prefer not to have to hire the lawyer who forced them to reinstate Alex Berenson and Dr. Andrew Bostom.

Kotzin v. Twitter

About an hour ago, I sent a letter to Twitter support. It read as follows:

“On April 22nd, 2022, I tweeted: Myocarditis, pericarditis, blood clots, and strokes are known potential side effects of covid vaccination. That is not my idea of “safe.”

As a result, Twitter permanently suspended my account for spreading misleading and potentially harmful information related to COVID-19.

You know what I was thinking this fine morning? Myocarditis, pericarditis, blood clots, and strokes are known potential side effects of covid vaccination. That is not my idea of “safe.”

Alex Berenson’s Tweet is identical to mine, word for word. Since Alex Berenson’s tweet has not been removed, or even labeled misleading, I demand an immediate reinstatement of my suspended Twitter account.”

Those of my readers who do have Twitter accounts please help me to get the word out to Twitter that this is my last attempt to get them to voluntarily follow their own rules. I would prefer not to have to hire James Lawrence, the lawyer who forced them to reinstate Alex Berenson and Dr. Andrew Bostom.

Pleased to represent medical doctor and research scientist @andrewbostom who @Twitter suspended under its COVID-19 misinformation policy over a tweet summarizing a peer-reviewed study. For the reasons outlined in my four-page letter below, @Twitter should reinstate his account.

Some say Alex has an agreement with Twitter that they can’t touch him, no matter what. He’s amplifying anything anyone says anything like your tweet.
